Museum Gula Gondang Winangoen (Klaten, Central Java)
If you are bored with your usual coffee shops, art exhibitons or beaches and want to be a lil bit vintage-y touristy (well, that is actually my case), this place does really fit you. The museum is actually created by the Gondang Winangoen Sugarcane Factory; one of the oldest sugarcane factories in the country and it is STILL operating since 1860s.

In the point of fact, we actually wanted to come in to the factory and watch the production they do, but it is only allowed if we are in a group (minimum 8 pax) and make a reservation beforehand. D'oh. Oh well, might come back anytime soon, and if anyone is interested to join, poke me please ;D
